About Us
Our story
Farmer and innovator Sandy Booth moved to the New Forest in 2008, from Scotland, to join the team of an already well-established farming business, located on the Beaulieu Estate.
Ten years later, Sandy became the sole owner and was later joined by his two brothers-in-law Grzegorz Putyra and Irek Wypasek, forming a genuine family business.
An innovator at heart, Sandy has, since the very beginning, invested in and implemented many changes and improvements to the business, from trialling crops such as artichokes, hascaps, melons, cherries, peaches and nectarines, to implementing exciting new technologies.

Irek Wypasek, Managing Director, views farming as more than a job, it’s his life’s passion. Irek truly embodies the famous quote by Confucius: ‘Find a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life’.

Grzegorz Putyra, Operations & Technical Director, strongly believes in sustainable and efficient farming and is driven by a love of the natural world. In his spare time he’s a keen photographer and often captures glimpses of nature’s beauty on the farm in the early hours of the morning.

In addition to our management team, we have a skilled and passionate team of supervisors and team leaders who manage over 500 highly motivated staff who grow, pick, process and pack our produce throughout the year.
A number of our team have been with us for several years and have various nationalities, cultures and backgrounds.
